What you get

Self-serve from the first minute. Sign up, get a key, and add one API call. Signup to first signed receipt: under a minute. If you sell to agents, that’s one check before the action. If your company runs agents, you set its rules and sign its permissions in the console.
A founding price, locked for 12 months: $1,500 a month, flat, for up to 2 million checks ($0.004 per check above). No setup fee. See pricing.
Who pays: the seller. If your company’s agents are the ones buying, issuing their permissions is free.
Real signed receipts for every decision, allow and deny, that anyone can re-check without asking us.
A direct line to our team (a shared channel) if you get stuck.

What we ask

Real traffic on production. Sign up at app.delegus.ai: your agent buying, or your API selling, against Delegus, not a mock.
Written feedback about every two weeks: what broke, what was unclear, and what you wouldn’t deploy without.
Optionally, a reference. It’s your call, and you can take it back at any time.

In the spec, a “Principal”

Your company has, or is building, agents that buy on its behalf: compute, data, API access, software, services. You want to show a seller that a specific agent was allowed to spend a specific amount, and to take that permission back the moment you need to.

You’ll: set your agents’ rules, sign their permissions, and revoke one on purpose to see what happens.

You sell to agents

In the spec, a “relying party”

Your API or product is starting to get requests from agents you’ve never met, acting for companies you may know. You want one check that tells you whether this agent was allowed to do this, for that company, right now, and a signed record you can point to later.

You’ll: add the check in front of the action, keep the receipt with the order, and tell us what you did with the denies.

If you do both (you buy and you sell), say so. Those are the most useful partners of all.

What is true today

The protocol (v0.2) is frozen and public. The core engine and SDK are published on npm under the Apache-2.0 license. Delegus runs the service.
Production is live. Anyone can sign up at app.delegus.ai in the free sandbox, no card. Signup to first signed receipt: under a minute.
Every receipt is signed with a key Delegus publishes, so it can be re-checked offline, without asking us.

How the pilot runs

A thirty-minute call: which side you’re on, what your agent does or what your API sells, and what a good outcome looks like for you.
Go live on production, self-serve. Sign up at app.delegus.ai. If you sell to agents, you get an API key and the SDK. If you run agents, you set their rules and permissions in the console. Our shared channel is there if you get stuck.
Run real traffic for four to eight weeks, with a feedback note every two weeks.
Continue or stop. Month to month: cancel with 30 days’ notice, no minimum. After 12 months, move to the published tier that fits your volume. Or walk away with your receipts. No obligation either way.
